Our paid membership subscription service is only available inside our official **Jadens Printer** App. Customers must register and log into this official App with a personal account to activate any subscription plan. We only launch two fixed official membership packages with no other hidden fees or customized pricing: - Monthly Subscription Plan: $4.99 per month - Annual Subscription Plan: $39.99 per year All membership payments can only be processed through **Apple App Store** or **Google Play Store**. Jadens will never collect payment via any third-party payment platforms or private channels. 

2. How to Confirm If a Bank Deduction Is Charged by Jadens

Please finish these checks before contacting customer service: 

1. Provide your registered email address for the Jadens Printer App account, and we will look up your order records in our backend system. If no matched order exists, this charge is not generated by our official products. 

2. Check the merchant name displayed on your bank bill or payment receipt. Our official brand name is strictly **Jadens**. If the merchant name does not match, this transaction is not an official charge from our company. 

3. Compare the deducted amount with our two fixed membership prices. Any amount outside the listed prices is not a legitimate Jadens membership fee. 

3. If the deduction is confirmed NOT from Jadens membership 

This unknown charge may come from counterfeit software, mis-subscribed applications or other third-party services. Please check the payee information on your bank statement or your App Store / Google Play order history first to solve the problem by yourself. 

4. Important Reminder Regarding Our Customer Service Hotline & Support Resources

If you have indeed purchased our official Jadens membership and meet any problems with subscription, billing, account access or membership functions, you are fully welcome to reach out to our support team via phone, email or support tickets for professional assistance. **However, if the transaction has been verified to have no relation to Jadens products and services, please resolve the issue through your bank or the corresponding payment platform independently. Kindly avoid occupying our limited hotline and customer service resources unnecessarily. This allows our support agents to focus on helping other customers with genuine product faults and legitimate after-sales demands.

5. Official Rules for Subscription Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancel auto-renewal: Turn off subscription auto-renewal directly in the subscription management page of App Store or Google Play. Canceling auto-renewal only blocks charges for the next billing cycle. Your current membership privileges remain valid until the expiration date, and no partial refund will be issued for the ongoing subscription period. 

2. All refund applications must be submitted by users themselves on the official Apple or Google platform. Our company backend does not have administrative permission to manually approve or process refunds directly.
