1. Q: Which printer models support wireless printing on Mac?

A: Currently, only our **4-inch Transport Printer(168BT/268BT/468BT/668BT/C10)** and **PD-A4** models support wireless printing on Mac. This feature is realized via the exclusive *Jadens Printer* app, and no USB cable is needed.

 2. Q: Can I pair the printer directly via Mac’s system Bluetooth for connection?

A: **No.**

The wireless printing function of these printer models relies on the *Jadens Printer* app for Bluetooth connection and data transmission. Pairing directly through the “Bluetooth” menu in Mac’s system settings can only establish a basic device connection but cannot enable the printing function (issues like “connected but unable to print” or “device offline” may occur).

 3. Q: What is the correct way to connect wirelessly? Which tools need to be downloaded?

A: You need to first download the exclusive app and then complete Bluetooth pairing within the app. Here are the specific steps:

① Open Mac’s *App Store*, search for and download the *Jadens Printer* app;

② Ensure the printer is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (usually long-press the Bluetooth button on the printer until the indicator light flashes);

③ Open the *Jadens Printer* app, follow the on-screen instructions to click “Add Printer”, and select the corresponding model (4-inch Transport Printer/PD-A4) to complete Bluetooth pairing;

④ Once paired successfully, you can start printing wirelessly via the app or other programs on Mac, without using a USB cable throughout the process.

 4. Q: What should I do if the connection via the app fails?

A: It is recommended to troubleshoot in the following order:

① Restart the printer and Mac to clear temporary connection caches;

② Confirm that the printer is in pairing mode and not connected to other devices (such as mobile phones);

③ Check Bluetooth permissions on Mac: Go to *System Settings* → *Privacy & Security* → *Bluetooth*, and ensure *Jadens Printer* is allowed to access Bluetooth;

④ Uninstall and reinstall the *Jadens Printer* app to rule out issues with damaged app files;

⑤ If it still fails, check if the printer firmware is up to date (contact after-sales service for update guidelines).

 5. Q: Is there a distance limit between Mac and the printer during wireless printing?

A: Yes. The effective transmission distance for Bluetooth connection is usually no more than 10 meters, and obstacles such as walls and metals should be avoided to prevent signal blockage. It is recommended to keep the two devices within 5 meters to ensure a stable connection.
